It really comes down to fully organic structuring through natural link formation, guided semi-organic structuring through a Map of Content (MOC) hub note, or artificial structuring through tags.
I’m beginning to recognize that the needs of something like this site may be similar to my personal note collection. While navigation is important to both, so is the need to sometimes centralize navigation between topics. If every note is a “thought”, how do you navigate into a general topic before further branching out?
I think the idea of “hub note” or Map of Content can allow organic link growth while also allowing a good point to jump into a general topic without yet having the knowledge of a specific topic in mind.
